The registration fee includes coffee breaks, the welcome reception(Nov. 24th), the banquet(Nov. 26th), lunch boxes(3 days), 1 USB proceedings(1GB, small flash memory).

Participants who have already made registration and obtained the registration ID (Rxxxxxxxx) can pay the discount fee (early registration fee) within this week, until Oct.24th.(Fri).

After the deadline (Nov. 7th), you must contact directly the hotels to book the hotel at a standard rate.
If you want to cancel the hotels, please send us an e-mail with your registration number.
There are several cheaper hotels and expensive resort hotels around the symposium site. These hotels can be reserved via internet. The room rates of above two hotels are cheaper than a standard rate via internet. Of course, you can ask a travel agency to book above hotels with your flight ticket at a time.
We will offer the free shuttle bus service. Free shuttle bus service will be available between Bankoku Shinryokan and above 2 official hotels, morning and evening. Rent-a-car is also convenient in Okinawa.
Participants can book it via internet personally.
Many Korean researchers need rooms of hotel on Nov.23-24th and on Nov.27-28th.
The executive committee of NTHAS6 has booked rooms of another hotel for 2 nights mentioned above.
Kariyushi hotel is one of the most famous resort hotels. They have a heated swimming pool. There is staffs who can speak English.
Thus, the following is another option.
